    Delivery was very prompt for same day delivery which I appreciated. However why list multiple different items online if they are not carried in the store? I ordered a flower bush and they had none...at all. Kind of misleading.

    My family received a beautiful funeral arrangement from Gibson’s recently. It stood out from the others with its interesting flowers and choice of color. It was not matchy matchy like most of the others and was not filled with cheap filler flowers. Yesterday was my mom’s birthday, so I thought I would try Gibson’s for a birthday arrangement. She sent me a picture of what arrived and it was better than I expected. It looked like it was from a still life painting. Their touch is truly artistic and ordering from them was so easy.

    This is THE BEST flower shop. I am so very pleased with their service. They went above and beyond the call of duty to find the resting place of a young girl who died a horrible death in 1975.     Hi Jenn, which flowers died after 1 day?? if you would have called me I could have replaced them, and you called 3 times about that order that day so why not call with your complaint? you were also told that would be a 10.00 delivery fee and you sent 5.00.. and I did a rush because first it was 3:30 then 12:00.. and I had to buy a box of candy soooo,

    I'm not sure about the additional $5.00 charge but I certainly would have paid extra if a charge had been implied. The daffodils and tulips died the next day. I apologies for any misunderstanding...I called to get an estimate of the time of delivery but didn't indicate an earlier delivery. I truly never complain about anything but in this case I felt it warranted one. Hopefully this comment will be used as constructive criticism.
